Kentucky Catholic Forensic League The Kentucky Catholic Forensic League tournament serves as Kentucky's district's qualifying tournament for the National Catholic Forensic League tournament, one of America's two major national speech and debate tournaments (the other being the National Forensic League tournament). Ms. Kim Mather, head of the English Department at LaRue County High School, has been moderating the KCFL District for the past six years.
